Kevin, can you show some examples. I think this idea will not only help with technology, but also with saving lives during a conflict. The way we fight wars today is totally different then the way we used to. Who will develop these weapons? Military or private firms?

My topic for the research paper is animal testing and the question is how do we spread it. There are commercials about animal cruelty already, but you have to pay over 10 dollars in order to be a member. I plan on making a fake bill to completely ban animal testing and a fake commercial supporting it. In order to be a member, you would just need to help spread the word and support the bill. No Charge!
In reality if you are not an official that has the power to propose a bill like that then you can either have a petition with enough signatures and then send it to the US senate so that they can talk about it during one of their sessions and/or process it into an actual bill. But there arises the question of where will the funding come to support this campaign?

The internet has contributed to an explosion of consciousness... limitless information is now at the tip of our fingers, people now have the opportunity to research what is happening in the world, and broaden their views instead of only listening to what they tell you on news stations.. public schools could possibly become obsolete if people had the discipline to educate themselves with the available resources.
My topic is how social media is increasing depression in the United States. Is knowing too much about someone or something effecting our moods? Is posting and commenting on strangers lives helping us or destroying us?
I have also thought about this matter, I think because of the internet all people have access to know anything they want through social media. You should do some research on human behavior.
Do people who use social networks and videogame consoles to the extreme do so because they feel invincible; to feel like they can be someone else because they are not satisfied with themselves?
Actually no, it has to do with stress. Most male humans get rid of stress by playing video games, building things, and telling jokes. Most female humans, on the other hand, get rid of stress by gossiping, socializing, and going shopping. They both can also use exercise for the same reason.
Interesting question, you should maybe focus on people who have already owned an Apple product and after using the Apple product they don't change to another product brand. Android's customer base is larger than Apple's customer base, but it is true that a lot of Apple customers won't switch to another brand and they are faithful to Apple, but Apple customers only make up a small portion of the market when it comes to cell phones, tablets, and laptops.
It can go both ways depending on the situation. For example, lets say you post that you are feeling sad because of something that happened to you. You probably will get support from someone to heighten your spirit, while there might be another person trying to make you feel even worse that what you are feeling. Depending factors can be what type of people you have as friends and your current relationship status with the individual. People will always criticize everywhere not only in social media so you need to consider this as well when making a profile and the friends you would like to add.
Gaming via PCs, consoles, and mobile devices has become a greater addiction in teens over the past few years, how is this negatively impacting their academic and social life?
This is a good topic, we will always wonder if its safe to buy online. Nowadays there are so many ways people can steal identities and I'm sure online shopping is one of the common ones. You should talk about the risk factors and how often this happens and the ways we can prevent this.
